Hi everyone,
Here's my dilemma I have a 2009 GMC Sierra 1500 with the 5.3 Vortec and I have the 4wd service message on the dash and no lights on selector switch. Here's what I have done so far:
Replaced TCCM with a brand new one
Cleaned the ground under the rocker panel and reattached
Replaced Encoder Motor with a brand new one
Traced every wire from the transfer case to the dash with no issues
Replaced Shift Position Sensor with brand new one
Removed TREC fuse and tested and reinstalled.
I'm pulling my hair out and am running out of patience and money and need my 4wd to work. Any and all help would be appreciated.
