    I had to jump start my Silverado and now the preset channels are all gone away, and the presets are grayed out and will not let me store channels in them. Also, my SiriusXM feature will only display the satellite ID. The channels will change and play, but the info will not change off the ID. Can someone help me? All I can find is a factory reset.
