Heater hoses coming through firewall from engine into cab. Passenger side engine bay, you'll see two hoses that come through the firewall. Take a zip tie and tighten those hoses together. Noise gone forever. I had the same issue and this fixed it in 30 seconds after dealing with it for months.

I also have the exact same issue. Went to the dealer twice with no luck. Truck now has 40k miles and like everyone else the problem seems to be getting worse as the mileage goes up. Any fixes that actually work? Super annoying on bumpy roads. Truck feels/sounds like it's falling apart.
