So I bought a 2015 Silverado 1500 with 85k miles on it about a month ago. I've ran into a few issues with the worst coming this morning. I live in Grand Forks, ND so it's been quite cold. Anyways, this truck has been slow to start, and has needed a jump once. A few times, I've experienced the truck refusing to make any sounds through the speaker system whether from the radio, seat belt reminder, or blinkers. Finally, this morning I tried to start it, but it cranked for 5-10 seconds before I let off on the starter. I turned the key again and it started immediately, but I noticed the dash flashed "Low Engine Power". Also, the entire truck was shaking and was running exceptionally loud. I walked around the truck to find the exhaust bouncing and expelling fumes in a pulsing rhythm. Once I got back into the cab, I looked at the phone to see three emails from on-star alerting me of transmission/engine issues, stabilitrak issues, and power steering issues. I shut the truck off and started it again, and everything seemed to run normal, but the check engine light is now on. Weird morning. Anyone have any ideas what could be wrong or ever experience something similar? I'm thinking my first step is to replace the battery, but I'm not sure where to go from there.
