Have an 06 Silverado, great truck but the cruise control in it is not functioning well. At first it would turn on and work, but stopped working after pressing the brake pedal. It should turn off when pressing the brake pedal down, it did, but after pressing the pedal once it would not turn back on. so.. I wiggled some wires to the brake light switch and went to drive it and it worked, that is until I pressed the pedal again and it would not turn back on. I ended up replacing the brake light switch and it still did the same thing. Then replaced the female connecter and reconnected the wires and it won’t even click on anymore. Any thoughts, suggestions ?
