It's probably bcuz the dealership can't do anything about it, info from the modules get interrupted by some bug in the software and I don't think that the developers can figure out where the issue lyes and it'd probably cost them more to fix it than satisfying customers but I have no evidence just my thoughts

2022 refresh Elevation same issus, along with intermittent infotainment issues, front collision warning not available and auto hi-beam not working
