Flat, not sure if you get on anymore but I'm going through the same thing. Want a level and a small rear lift. The 3" kits scare me a little with the angles even with new UCAs. What about the CVs? How have you liked the kit and what would you have done different? I'm dealing with a stock 19 LTZ. Anyone else that has a 3 to 3.5" lift, do you like it or should I just save up for the 4" BDS? Would love some input.

I've had both on different trucks. Had 5100s on a f150 and a spacer on a tundra. The spacer rode better in every way. To get a good amount of lift on the 5100s you have to jack up the preload and it made my king ranch ride like complete crap. The rebound was awful and any pothole would make you wince. If you just want to level, I'd go with spacers but that's just me. You could also look at some complete front spring/strut combos like fox or eibach.... I haven't tried those though.

From what little I've seen, it looks like I'm SOL with this feature on a 2019 model. Apparently this didn't start until 2020.

What settings do you have to enable? I've been through all of them and I can't seem to find the one that triggers the cameras to switch on when the turn signals are activated.

Hey everyone I'm new here and this is my first chevy since my first truck that I rebuilt which was a 89 GMC shortbed. I just got out of a 2018 Tundra and picked up a 2019 LTZ with the 6.2 and 10 speed. I think it's loaded with every option that you can get. I have the trailer package and the tech package with the HUD. Before purchasing, I drove my buddies 2020 AT4 and really liked how when I towed my boat and hit the turn signals that the display changed to the cameras in the sideview mirrors. My truck will not do this when towing the same boat and I cannot figure out why. In the manual it says something about max trailer vision but it doesn't really go into details. Is this something that the 2019s don't do? I can manually go to the camera app and select the cameras so I know it has them. On top of that, what is the trigger for the front camera to come on when parking or approaching an obstacle? Sometimes it comes on and sometimes it doesn't and I just get the bars that pop up by the speedo and my seat vibrates. I'd love to be able to see how close I'm getting on the front end when I'm parking or maneuvering low speed. Overall, all of the cameras are a great feature but navigating to them while driving isn't a feasible option. Other than that I love the truck. Just chopped the muffler out leaving both flappers and the resonators and it is perfect in that regards. Happy to have some extra creature comforts over my old Tundra.

So I just bought a 2019 1500 LTZ with a 6.2 and it has all of the cameras even the ones in the mirrors and I can switch to these through the camera app on the dash but mine do not come on while I'm towing a trailer. I even have the trailering package and the tech package on it. Is this not an option for the 2019 models? I drove my buddies 2020 before I bought mine and just assumed that it would do it. Is there a way to make it work?
