2018 Chevy Silverado LT 5.3l 8l90 eAssist (I believe) so I have an ‘18 5.3l 8l90 as shown above. From a Facebook group I found out the only way I could have the 8 speed in the 5.3 is if my truck is the eAssist model. Not sure how accurate that is but I figured I’d come here to find out. (I am new to GM trucks I came from JDM/Hondas into the truck world recently) I purchased a Pulsar LT for my truck and installation went smooth. Literally 5 minutes max. When I went to program it, holding down the cruise control cancel button did absolutely nothing. Speedometer didn’t top out at 140, then back down to 0. Couldn’t get into programming. my question is, does the Pulsar LT not work on the eAssist trucks? If not, would just the simple range plug in work? thanks a lot.
