Had my brake controller changed today. So far it works. Part# 84488395. Hope it doesn't fail again.

Have been contacted by Dealer that they have part# and replacement controller. Told that it is not an official fix yet. Going in Tuesday for swap out. Kept the pressure on GM through Pa. Attorney General's Office. We'll see if it works.

FILED A COMPLAINT WITH PA. ATTORNEY GENERAL. IT EITHER LIT A FIRE UNDER GM'S BUTT OR THEY'RE BLOWING SMOKE UP MINE. WAS TOLD IT WILL BE A PART REPLACEMENT BUT HAVE NO ETA WHEN IT WILL BE AVAILABLE. THEY SHOULD STOP PRODUCTION UNTIL THESE PROBLEMS ARE FIXED.

Anyone that needs trailer brakes now should look into Autobrake. It's a wireless setup. Easy DIY install.

Hey GM! Almost end of the year. WHERE'S the integrated brake fix? Fix what's already out there before building new ones. Recall for driving lights coming in January that's a safety issue. Get the lead out.

JUST PURCHASED A SILVERADO IN SEPTEMBER. SAME INTEGRATED BRAKE ISSUE. GM RELEASED A SERVICE BULLETIN ON OCT. THE 6TH. THERE CURRENTLY IS NO FIX FOR THE PROBLEM. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN NICE TO KNOW OF THE PROBLEM AT TIME OF PURCHASE. GM KNEW IT WAS A PROBLEM. CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT WOULD BE JUSTIFIED.
