  1. Silly question maybe but I've had no luck so far but I've also paused looking at it for a bit but I noticed that both of the inner fender shields were missing, they were both there before all this started. Is it possible that with both of them missing it could effect air flow making the engine bay retain more heat causing an issue?
  2. I will try cleaning and checking all grounds. I noticed there was no ground from the block to the firewall I'm going to add one just in case
  3. Would that cause a problem only when hot. After sitting anywhere from 15 min to an hour it cranks right over. I did notice the small wire going to the solenoid was missing the casing and I taped it up but I should probably just replace it
  4. Help. I've got a 1995 Silverado 2500 5.7. almost 6 months ago the starter went out. Put a new one on then after driving several miles after turning off and trying to restart it seemed the battery was dead. Tried second starter, new battery, new positive battery cable . Can the reman starter just not be compatible. Starts cold just fine, only after driving causes issues. My mechanic can't figure it out. Any ideas
