I assume that's my issue as well. I went to do my first oil change yesterday and the tech asked, "who did the last one"? I replied nobody, it's never been done and he replied BS or you have a bad leak and you need to go to the dealer asap. Well, I looked and there is oil everywhere. I have to assume it's the oil cooler as well from the looks of it? My oil level was not too bad he said.
