My tow haul wire was cut under the steering column cover, had to splice In a new section of wire

Was hoping to get some insight on this. Electrical just isn't my thing. Rebuild top end, head gasket, graphite, failure due to corrosion Never had an oiled air filter Cleaned MAF with alcohol, 99%, spray, never touched Cleaned TB, TPS seems fine Idle 630rpm, scanner Scanner also shows everything else seems to be fine or is at least registering a signal. MAF is 0g/s Ground wires all cleaned 1.5 volts to MAF on black and tan while running 632ohms on those pins on the MAF 2002 sierra 4.8L with 360k km, truck ran fine before Checked continuity to ground, black and black/white are both connected to ground What am I missing?
