  1. Totally agree! Turned mine off and only request updates at dealer during oil change. Its crazy that Musk has figured the OTA updates but GM bricks (exaggerating) our trucks on a simple 10 kbs update.
  2. There isn't a fix but more of a work around. Turn Quick Start off. Either bluetooth or wifi is getting hung up by using quick start and not allowing Car Play to work. It takes 15-20 seconds for the Infotainment System to boot up every time you start your truck.
  3. I did the same thing. I'll check for an update manually, once a month or so when its sitting in my driveway, connected to my home Wi-Fi. Otherwise, I'll remind the dealer to do it during oil change.
  4. UPDATE!! It works! Took my truck to the dealership and here is what they said..."apparently you truck was in middle of an update and got hung up. This caused the software to not update going forward." So my truck was in middle of an update when it hung up. It could no longer update and was now 4 updates behind. Interestingly enough, the software showed "software up to date" because it could no longer update or ping for latest update. Bluetooth, WiFi and Carplay have worked for 48 hours and 6 truck on/offs. It would be nice if Chevy had a website where you could check what the current version is and compare it to your truck version...similar to most smartphones.
  5. My wireless charging does the same thing…orange triangle after 69 seconds. Too much tech for GM to maintain.
  6. My dealer said the current fix is a “module” in dash or whole new Infotainment system. Scheduled on Feb 29…
  7. Is there a way to see if all software is up to date? The infotainment system say ~your software is up to date.
  8. Because its obviously a typo since my entire conversation is about iPhone/CP.
  9. This is definitely an Infotainment issue in the 2024. My iPhone works with CP in my wife's 2021 Acadia. In my new truck, the infotainment systems shows "white" wifi icon which means my phone is connected via wifi. It also shows the "green" icons, which means I am connected via bluetooth. On my phone, I show I'm connected via wifi "myChevrolet" and bluetooth "myChevrolet" and lastly under the settings, I see CP is connected to "myChevrolet". On the Infotainment system, AA and CP are both grayed out. If I tap the CP icon, it brings up a window with "connect". If I tap connect, its says "do you want to disconnect iPhone?" Grrrrr No! I want you to let me use CP with my currently connected iPhone! I've tried all of your solutions. CP worked once, on a random day while driving, and has never worked again. I've also tried using my wife's iPhone connecting to my truck with the same results. How do we know Chevrolet is actively working on this?
