I have a 2022 chevy 1500 custom with a 2.7. I currently have just under 15,000 miles on it. At 50% oil life the engine used right at 1.25 quarts of oil. In my opinion and an expert in automotive engine machining and building, that is too much oil usage. By the time the engine is due for the oil change it will be at 2.5 quarts of oil usage between oil changes. That is too darn much! I'm going to take it back to the dealer and see what they say.
