Today I took my 2021 Sierra 1500 Denali through a car wash. After leaving I drove about a mile and parked the car in a parking lot where I backed into a spot. Came out and stopped at another store, did not shut the vehicle off and when I put it into reverse, I got the same image on my screen. There are quite a few posts with this issue but as far as I can tell, nor resolutions.
