  1. Installed android 16 on my pixel fold yesterday. Following this I no longer had the "problem connecting" status with my BT connection to my GMC Sierra.
  2. I finally installed the latest OTA update (thanks, Grendal-fly) and reset the network settings on my Android phone. I tried one 10 minute phone call on Saturday with my Garmin Forerunner 255 paired to my phone. The call seemed to be solid. I still see "Problem Connecting" in the BT status for my GMC connection, but the performance is fine. I will update the thread if I run into the issue as I try more calls.
  3. Yep, that GMC post is a joke. Dealers are helpless with complex issues like bluetooth connectivity. All they can really do is update the software and then say "well, it works with the tech's phone".
  4. I am taking my 2025 GMC Sierra to the dealer on Tuesday to see if they have fix (software update?) that helps with this speaker cracking, Bluetooth phone disconnects, and no sound issues. We'll see.
  5. This is anew thread even though the problem on my 2025 GMC Sierra Denali sounds like the same problem as certain Chevy and GMC models. The Bluetooth connection using Android Auto is unusable for a phone call. It is appalling that I cannot make a call with this brand new vehicle. Further, when I try to switch the call to my phone or Bluetooth headset, the system tries to switch back to the GMC system. I have tried disconnecting and reconnecting, resetting the system by by disconnecting the negative terminal. GM has a problem here.
