  1. I was told by the dealer that it was a diagnoses fee. I asked why it was not covered by warranty. That is what I was told. Thanks Ben
  2. Just got off the phone with the Dealer. They want to hook up a Pico scope to my truck and see where the vibration/bounce is coming from. Then they will swap tire from another vehicle and see if that takes care of the bounce. They will closely inspect the front end parts for for any defective parts. They said it could take 2 to 3 day to diagnose the truck. They now are telling me that this diagnoses will cost me about $400. This truck is still under warranty for 11,500 more miles. I would like to get this repaired before the warranty is done. Any guidance on this would be great. Thanks Ben
  3. My truck is feeling like it has a bad shock. It come and goes, it is not constant. I took it to my dealer to check it out. They looked at the front end, balance 4 tires, adjusted the tire pressure and charged me $200. As soon as I got on the highway and up to speed the bouncing is still there. Happens between 60 - 80mph. If it is still being a problem the dealer told me to bring it back and they would need it for the whole day to see if they can figure it out. This was the 3rd time it has been in for this problem. Every time they balanced the tires and it does not fix the problem. I am calling the Dealer back to see what the next step is. 2023 Chevy Silverado 1500 LT VIN: 1GCUDDED6PZ332622 Mileage: 24372 Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Ben
