    I have a 2023 Silverado. The sound not working, happens sometimes. Ever since the "Software upgrade" the volume goes FULL VOLUME and I can't turn it down. The steering wheel controls don't work and neither does the dash control. I can't even turn off the radio. I have to stop. Turn the truck off and hope it works when I restart. There is also sometimes problems with the lights not working. I have to turn the truck off and do a restart. Like a computer. I blame the last upgarde.
