I know this is an older thread .. same ol story, 2023 2500hd with duramax and Allison tranny. 62k miles, CEL, derate andP0700 and P0747 codes. Truck was in shop for 2 weeks until part came in now it’s getting fixed. Dealer refused a loaner, wouldn’t advocate to GM on my behalf .. my question is: for those of you who have experienced this, was this a TRUE fix or did you have add’l issues after the valve body. Looking at 2024 F250 with 7.3 gas and don’t wanna get screwed while out of town with a broke down truck.
