3.0 Duramax Egine Fan Stuck on High

I have 2023 gmc 3.0, it was -12f this morning. I plugged it in for 3 hours. Now the fan is stuck on high. No code’s or displays on dashboard.dealership blames cold weather.going to another dealership.I’ll let it sit 6 hrs to see what happens
