I wanted to hop on here and see if it’s even possible to add ac to a factory non ac truck. Newer body style 99 Chevy Silverado 1500. I’m about ready to swap a built 5.3 in it as it was an old work truck with little 4.3 v6 in it. It has the drain for the the evaporator in the firewall just doesn’t have the hole for the canister and lines to hook up to the evaporator under the dash.
