  1. I have a 2012 Chevy Silverado 1500 and my issue is around 40 degrees and up it seems to start harder and harder. What keeps happening is only the first start after sitting for a while it will crank for around 5-10 seconds and not only will it start hard having to give it plenty of gas, my starter continues to crank after I let off the key. It almost seems like it’s trying to start but the starter is preventing it or could be a combination of things. I’ve had mutliple times now where I will have the truck not start at all unless I give it gas. When the weather is below about 40 degrees it will start just fine and not a single issue only happens when weather warms up and gets worse and the temp goes up more. Any help is appreciated
