    I have been having the same issue for over a year in my ‘24 1500. No sound at all randomly and it will magically fix itself after the truck sits for awhile. I’ve taken it to the dealership multiple times and they either say it needed an update or they couldn’t replicate the issue (which obviously makes sense cause it happens randomly). I’ve also had issues where all of my preset channels just get erased (has happened at least 5 times in last year).
