Our experience with the current GMC Valve Body replacement issue is quite disturbing. Our truck ( 2023 ) has been out of service going on 3 months with absolutely no ETA on the valve body replacement. After years of owning light duty and heavy duty vehicles for our construction materials business I swore not to leave the Toyota products. Went back to the GMC product and now this calamity ! Not good to say the least. I am ashamed to be in business over 120 years and needing various equipment repairs to find ourselves caught in the most agravating process know to this man .... ever ! Would be just nice to have some word from GMC that convinces me they are at least trying to remedy this issue.
Anyone out there with some words of wisdom with the same issue and any resolve would be nice to hear from ....
