    27.78% is a lot more than the 3-5% mentioned in the poll. Interesting. It would be nice to know what model year the oil burners are. My oil burner vote is a 2020 3500. How about the other 4 voters? Mr Attitude wiped out his posts... Also interesting. Oh well, they are still in the quotes.

    So you need to post in the correct forum. This forum is for 2020-2024 Silverado HD & Sierra HD. The OP is asking about oil consumption for the gas motor which is a 6.6 liter in these trucks. Have a nice day.

    Say what? A 2016 gas 6.0 takes 6 quarts of oil.
