HI everyone. I am not sure I put this thread in the right place. If so, I do apologize. I have a 2016 GMC ALL Terrain X that do not have the heated steering wheel option. I have seen the threads to switch out the wheel with another wheel with the control and getting another clock spring. My question is: can I just buy the control with the heat option and replace mine in the original steering wheel? I would rather keep my original wheel that pay big money for a new wheel. Not too keen either in buying a used wheel as I know it will be hard to match the condition of my original wheel. Just thinking the original control have the hookups as a new one except the connection for the heated wheel but I assume that is where a new clock spring comes into play. Any advice would really be appreciated. Thanks, Sean
