Hello all, I was cleaning my truck out this spring and noticed I was missing a few plugs for the holes that are located on the inside of the fenders (wheel wells) above the rear wheels. Any idea where I can buy these? Is there a part number? See pictures

It seems to be that my steering wheel is getting a lot of gunk and dirt and general build up from my hands. I have fairly clean hands but that doesn't seem to stop it from getting dirty. I really don't want to buy a steering wheel cover but if I have to I guess I can. Main question is that do other members have this problem and if so how do you keep it clean and with what. I don't want to damage the "leather" so I'm looking for some answers. thanks

So i cleaned the maf and throttle body and put half a can of seefoam in the pvc valve and some injector cleaner in the gas tank. It feels like its running better but still has a rough idle. the rpms are near 5 to 6 when the engine is warm that's when it shakes the most you can feel it in the drivers seat. Is there anything I'm missing or should of done differently? 2004 GMC Sierra 2500HD 6.0
