Just returned my DIablosport i2 as it would calibrate my speedo when changing to larger tires. Talked to Diablew who advised it is a known problem that hasn't been fixed... With that in mind, looking for input on the Bully Dog DT and Hypermax 2.0 Tuner. I know everyone on here says to go custom, but I just dropped $5K on my lift and wheels/tires so looking at something more affordable for now. Superchip and Edge don't support the 2016 Silverado 5.3L yet so those are out as well. Any help is appreciated! thanks

I think I've narrowed my tuner purchase down to one of these two options. What do you guys think and why? Got a better option? I'm all ears.

I recently just purchased a 2018 Sierra Z71 with 5.3 and 6sp. It literally has about 435 miles on it after picking it up with 21 miles. I will be doing Carven Competion Exhaust cat back, K&N Black series intake, motofab 2.5in front and 1in rear with air lift bag for towing, along with 33in tires. Now I don’t really want to void my warranty, and I know if something happened they would have to prove it, and before I take it in always return to stock. Originally I was going to go with the Range products AFM device but I’m considering a tuner instead. I don’t need anything custom, just some canned tunes is fine. Can someone tell me who has the better customer support? Superchips or Diablo? Problems with either? Leaning towards the Diablo I3, but I have a buddy with a 2015 6.2 and he has the F5 and likes it. Pros of and cons to either? Should I just do the afm device or do the tuner? Here’s a stock pic hooked up to my 82 Ski Nautique

Is anyone running the diablo i3? Not trying to void warranty and it says its undetectable. But from reading on here the 17s are pretty secure. I also have the 8 speed. Is that a good option or do I need to wait until the warranty is up? Im also running 33s is there anything that can recal my speedo or am I out of luck with that to? I have a CAI and am looking at LT headers also.

14 and 15 guys with the Diablo intune, are you satisfied? Im really disapointed with the performance of my new silverado 5.3. For now i have ordered a range device to deactivate AFM and see if that helps. This truck has 3500 miles on it and i HATE to void the warranty but im just about to the point where i dont care anymore. The transmission shifting is horrible, always gears searching, and you have to give it WAY to much gas to get it to downshift from 6th or 5th. Im sure i would get the diablew custom tune with it also. Any reviews are MUCH appreciated. I sold my 2008 tundra for this truck and i felt i have downgraded as far a performance goes so far..

After almost two months of ownership I've finally gotten the bug to unleash a little more horsepower. Here's what I'm looking for guys! Wanted: Used Diablosport Intune i1000 or Used Diablosport Trinity T1000 Requirements: Unlock/unmarried from vehicle Excellent working condition Good physical condition Payment: PayPal or Cash In Hand Disclaimer: While I do appreciate all offers please do not expect me to pay $250-275 shipped for a i1000. They are selling for $280 brand new shipped, a $30 "savings" is not worth it to me on these.

So my wife got me an early christmas present =D I have had it for a week now and have been running the octane 87 tune and I loved it. Ever since I lifted my truck and put the 275/70/18 Grabber AT2's on I've noticed she's been a bit of a dog. Also I have 3.42 gearing (Wishing it was 3.73) Just today decided I was going to try the Diablo tune and fiddle around with some TCM adjustments. I went +1 on part throttle shift pressure and +2 on WOT shift pressure. Added 100 RPM to each shift aswell. I have heard ALOT of good about this product, but at the same time I saw some posts that almost made me second guess getting it. So I just wanted to post this up for you guys to tell you all to get this. Im going to run the can tune for a bit and then definitely going to get in touch with Lew.
