I'm looking to buy a painted oem front bumper that doesn't have parking sensors. I have a 2014 GMC Sierra SLT with the chrome front bumper with parking sensors. I was wondering if anyone has drilled an OEM bumper and put in OEM parking sensors? I'm thinking this will be straight forward and shouldn't pose any problems?

Hey guys, I have a 2015 Sierra 1500 Z71 and I want to replace the bumper with a new one due to chrome starting to pop. I’m thinking of going with a aftermarket full metal with light bars in it. Any idea on a good place to start looking for them? I searched a few websites and didn’t really find much. Rough country has one for the Chevy but it said that it wouldn’t fit my GMC. thanks!

I’m trying to install new front end parking sensors to my 2016 GMC Sierra like @pgamboa on his YouTube video. Only not sure what todo with the front bumper, I’m trying to save money and not have to buy a new one with the sensor holes since mine current one is in excellent condition. Does anybody know how can I get the layout for the holes for exact placement and size? I figured I can drill them out myself but I’ve already looked everywhere online and can’t find anything on this. My last option would be go find a truck and physically measure them out, can anyone help?

I am looking for a complete front bumper assembly for a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500. I need the model with fog lights and without parking assist. I would like a new take-off or a like-new used bumper. 1 or 2 minor blems ok, but no major scratches, no dents, and no rust. Some phone-watcher hit mine and I need to replace it!

So over the holiday season somebody hit my truck in the parking lot AND didn't leave a note, now I have $700 worth of damage. I have a chrome front bumper w/o parking assist and w/o fog lights on there now and need to replace it. I was wondering if I could install a new bumper with fog lights even though my old one didn't have them installed? What is the electrical for tying that all in? I also need to replace the black plastic below the bumper because it ripped out two tabs. Does anybody have a bumper for sale or know how a reliable site that sells them for a good price?

Hello all! Im looking for someone with welding / fabrication experience to build me a custom bumper for a 2015 Chevy 1500 4x4. I live in MD and would be willing to come to you if needed. My goal is a simple slim line bumper that will give me a better approach angle. I don`t need any finish work done just the rough unit welded up. If anyone has a idea please let me know! I also would have some interest in doing the back as well. I like the look of this but feel its too weak and would bend to easy going over small trees or in a fender bender. My goal is to get close to this but have the sides be stronger, have tow rings, and a front hitch as well. A bonus would be a skid plate. Here is my truck with the bumper off when I put my recessed front hitch on.

Hello, forgive my rookiness but I am just stuck like chuck. I was forced to remove my air deflector due to a high sitting curb and no street light I would like to keep it off and not install a new one because i do like the way it looks, so not interested in buying a new one. But i removed it and it seems to be missing something in front (not the deflector, thats obvious haha) is there anything you pros recommend that i can install there to make it look appealing? PS. i also have a 2 in leveling kit, ready for install. just gotta find the right spot.

I have a 2016 GMC Sierra, with the "All-Terrain X" package, and I love it. As a factory package, it's not bad for light off-road use, and I consider it a good starting point. I get a LOT of compliments on the truck from strangers. However, if you know anything about off-road use, you can tell that the fairing on the front bumper is way too low for serious off-road use, since there's very little angle-of-attack for climbing over obstacles or going up steep hills. A few days ago I was involved in a minor traffic accident. It was not my fault, and fortunately, nobody was hurt. However, my truck is headed to the auto paint and body shop for repairs, and since I will probably need a new bumper, I'm considering putting an after-market off-road front bumper on instead of the "stock" factory bumper. Has anyone else done this? Any recommendations? My truck has the collision sensors on both the front and the back that beep and let you know when you're about to hit something. It's sometimes annoying, but sometimes useful. I see that Fab Fours makes a replacement bumper that has the front sensors, but does anyone know of any others? Thanks in advance! MojoTexas Here's the link to the Fab Fours bumper I'm considering: https://fabfours.com/product/premium-front-bumper-9/ Pic of the damage is attached.

Hey folks, just got a quick question. I've got a 2016 Silverado 1500 up in AK right now, and the bumper filler, below the actual metal component of the bumper itself, is driving me nuts! Going over rough roads and deep snow has snapped part of it off, and I just about destroyed the rest of it on a poor condition logging road. I'd take it off, but then I wouldn't be able to keep the license plate mount, which is required by law in Alaska. Does anyone know if there's a quick fabrication solution to this, or if there's any aftermarket manufacturers who make a bumper filler with higher clearance and license plate holder? I'm not quite ready to ziptie my license plate to the front grille just yet.

Hey guys, Some idiot ran in my truck, they are all fault so repairs are paid for, but I would like to get rid of the chrome bumper. I saw Street scene makes a front bumper cover that looks decent, and goes right over the exisiting chrome bumper, but I am worried about quality and fitment. Has anyone seen or used that front bumper cover? here is a link to a write up I saw on it. http://www.streettrucksmag.com/restyling-easy-ways-to-change-the-look-of-your-new-2014-silverado/ Any other suggestions? thank you guys in advance

I went Ranch Hand all the way around and I'm selling my stock bumpers and steps. The truck was at 6,000 miles when they came off. Great overall shape, minor wear and tear, front bumper has some bugs on it but I'll clean those off with a little Mother's chrome cleaner. North Dallas area, pickup only, make me an offer. Thanks, Ryan

I have a 2015 GMC Sierra and was wondering how or if it's even possible to remove the skid plate (part #22902312/22902313/22902314) without removing the entire bumper. Also note that I have tow hooks so I'm not sure how different it is than without. I have seen plenty of videos out there on how to remove the bumper as a whole which is what I should be doing in the first place, but it would be nice to remove just the skid plate which I can't seem to find anything online about. Sorry if there's already a post about this but if it exists I wasn't able to find it. I already have the air deflector taken off permanently and I looked under my truck and removed the bolts on the bottom of the skid plate and some other miscellaneous bolts from behind that I really couldn't tell if they actually held the skid plate there or not. I also noticed some clips at the top of the skid plate but before breaking anything and removing a bunch of bolts for nothing, I thought I would come here first and ask. Thanks.
