2019 New body Silverado toolbox help

Caught the last day of the truck month clearance deals and brought home this beauty! First step is storage. I have been looking at tool boxes, but having a hard time deciding. There are so many options. Flat black, shiny black, hammered metal look, or aluminum? then, recessed or low profile? I think the silver could pull off any color Would love to see pics of other members tool boxes. My favorite so far are the shiny black with the rails on top which I think would be great when needing a place to tie the tarps to.

I got a weather guard defender series low profile box super cheap, but it does not come with the extreme protection lock. Has anybody replaced the defender lock with the extreme protection one? I don't have my box yet so not sure how compatible the systems are in the boxes for the lock mechanisms.

There is a new [to me] tool box, part number 19170990, that really caught my eye. On gmaccessories.com, it is listed as fitting '14 and '15 model years, but I'm driving an '02. A few questions: If you own this box, what are your thoughts? Does anyone know the manufacturer? Does anyone know where I could find a mounting kit to retrofit it for my truck, if necessary? Is there a similar box that was designed for my truck? The other tool boxes listed are manufactured by UWS, so it probably is too, but I couldn't find it on their website. I know it may seem silly to some, but I would really like the GMC logo on the tool box. That's just how I am.

Sold all of my trucks... time to sell all the parts I have... Ebony with silver trim steering wheel WITH AUDIO CONTROLS AND CRUISE CONTROL. Damn near brand new was only on the truck for a few months until I installed a different one. I also have the clock spring that came off of it still in working condition. No flaws on the steering wheel at all. $250 OBO Extended cab subwoofer box for 2 10" subs. Fits under seat and allows seat to fold correctly. $100 OBO Local Pick up only... Regular cab subwoofer box for 2 10" subs. Fits behind seats with plenty of leg room. I'm 6'2" and had zero issues when installed in my previous truck. Includes space in the middle for amp to mount to. $100 OBO local pick up only... Chrome Grill shell for Chevy 1500 $100 OBO Black plastic "work truck" grill shell for chevy 1500 $80 OBO OEM Radio with xm and cd. It is not a nav unit but it did come out of a LTZ. $200 OBO I may have some assorted other pieces.. Please let me know if you're looking for something in particular. Stock air filter, a few door handles (chrome, silver, black, black plastic), Truxx leveling kit. Chest style tool box for the bed. Random headlight bulbs All items are located in Chantilly, VA 20151.
