  1. Yes it's from the body lift and I hadn't re adjusted the hanger yet. Not sure I understand your question about the blocks, there are various leveling kits out there that use a spacer on top of the strut and some that only use a spacer on the bottom, most of my customers prefer the Rough Country kit that uses a lower spacer, due to over all cost. I really see no advantage or disadvantage to either other than it takes less labor to install the one on the bottom versus removing the entire strut to install the upper spacer. Hope that helps? 2. I did use the rubber, but your not "suppose" to have too on the 1500 Crew Cabs according to the directions. I figured mine hit due to the body lift, since it had to be adjusted for it, which puts it in a different location then the stock adjustment. Easy fix... I was just surprised he had an issue with a stock truck and apparently you did too? Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk
  3. I have the same issue on my wife's truck hitting the parking brake, I thought it was from having the body lift on it and yours is way off level for sure, ours is not that far off its only a 1/16" I checked it again.
  4. Hmm I seen your post earlier before I installed them and that's why I posted so many pictures, I will check again, but it was with in a 1/16" being square when I finished it.
  5. Installed the new P&P Amps today on the wife's truck and they fit nice and snug to the rocker and the install was a cake walk compared to the old way. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. The Amps seem to tuck tighter to the rocker I think and the new part # for the boards that connect to the OBD 2 port that also have redesigned hinges is 76154-01A. If you need the port open they also have a pass thru harness part # 76404-01A Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  7. That was one reason I went with Rough Country, it also does not void the warranty. Basically same as Fabtech, if dealer denies due to the lift they will cover it.
  8. No problem, the leveling kit and body lift look great together in my opinion, makes it look like a "normal" 4wd truck should look like from the factory. If you were close I could help you out on the parts & install, that's what I do almost daily at my shop. Yes that was a shameless plug sorry Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. No ugly gaps, only place "most" people might even notice it having a body lift is between the frame and bed you can see a puck. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  10. Here is what it looks like with just the 1 1/4" body lift. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  11. LOL I think it would clear 37's on factory wheels, but not a custom wheel, and it would need regeared. I didn't realize how much higher it was until I finished it and parked next to one with a 6" Fabtech. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. Here's my wife's running factory 20's for now & a Rough Country 7" suspension and 1-1/4" body lift riding on 35x12.50 that look like 31's Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
