I put a kn kit on my 5.3 and with the 3rd cat gutted n straight pipe after, the exhaust actually seems alil louder during average accelerating, sounds cleaner also , almost like it breathes better. ..shocker

anyone make their own intake tube and save a 100 bucks or so over the MIT? Ive seen people do it on other vehicles and other vehicle forums but not on the new silvers yet

Were u supposed to grease some bushings before install and maybe didn't?

So what kinda mileage everyone getting with the reg cabs? I got a kn filter straight pipe from 3rd cat , rear lowered 3" and hypertech set at 87 tune and i average 23mpg ,mostly 70 mph highway n some city n backwoods roads

Anyone got pics of regular cab with drop shackles n blocks removed? I wanna do it but wanna see how it looks n curious if i gota get the degree shims to get pinion right
