I have the same truck, rims and level kit. I was looking at that size tire but I'm worried about the rubbing. Do you have any rubbing? What about at full lock while "flexing", jumping a curb, off-roading, etc? Truck looks great.

I installed my 2.5" level myself. Mine sits about 1" higher in the rear with the 2" block in the rear. If you want it to be "dead level" take the 2" block off of the back.

A set of ratcheting box end wrenches are worth their weight in gold for installing the lift in my opinion. I did the lift by myself in my driveway and it took me about 2.5-3 hours. Extra set of hands definitely helps but it is very doable with by yourself. Good luck.

Not a problem. Glad I could help. There really is no straight answer as to what lift gets you exactly level. Two of my good buddies just bought the identical truck as mine and all of our stock ride heights are different. One of my buddies trucks is higher than mine in the rear even with my 2" block installed! So, you just have to play around with it till you get it like you want. I enjoy turning a wrench on my truck so it wasn't an issue for me. Good luck! Make sure you post pics.

The first two are with the stock 1" block The second two are with the RC 2" block Originally I installed the front and drove the truck like that for about 5 months. It made it dead level. However, even though measurement wise it was dead level it looked like the front was a little higher than the rear. So, I installed the rear 2" blocks and that made the rear right at 1" higher than the front. I personally think it looks best with the 2" block but it is all personal preference. With the stock 1" block at some angles it looked leveled and at others it looked higher in the front and I do not like the "higher in the front" look. So, if I were you I would install the front, ride with it like that for a little while and see how you like it. Then, if you don't like it or if you just want to change it up, put the rear 2" blocks on. I also think once I put bigger tires on it the little bit of rake I have won't be as noticable. It took me about 3.5 hours to do it by myself. No specialty tools needed, just some wrenches and sockets. If I had an extra set of hands it probably would have shaved off 45 min. or so.

I have had my RC 2.5" level on now for 8,000 miles and have had no issues. I love the way my truck sits. And it was extremely easy to install.

Truck looks great. I have the same set up SLE with the same rims. What lift do you have on it and what size tires (2XX/XX/XX)?

Mine was the exact same measurement as yours before I installed the 2.5 RC kit. I DID NOT put on the rear block and my measurements after the lift was installed is 39.2 in the front and 39.5 in the rear. I personally love the way it looks. I've been riding with the stock tires now for about 5,000 miles and am getting about 18mph average. I also took off the front air dam, so that may have affected my gas mileage as well.

Nothing special. Just got it washed. Can't wait to put tires on it.

OK Cool. I plan on going with a 33x10.8x18 or a 33x11.6x18 so mine shouldn't be as drastic of a drop in fuel mileage. Correct?

How much did everyone's fuel mileage suffer with the leveling kit and the over sized tires??

I just found your post on page 85. Truck looks great. Can you post more pics of it? Really curious about the gas mileage difference between my stock tires and the 295/70/18. Not gonna stop me from putting them on or anything, just curious.

Thanks for the input travalan21! I really wanted to go with the 295/70/18s but wasn't sure about the rubbing, now I know. What kind of gas mileage do you get? Also, you have a 2.5" lift?
