Had same issue with my 2014 LTZ and unfortunately never found a cure. I pulled the leveling kit and noise stopped so it was definitely in the kit. I put it back in and the noise began again. Fortunately, it was intermittent and came and went. Eventually it completely went away after about 50k miles on the kit. Getting ready to put another leveling kit on my 2018 Silverado and am scared to death I am going to have same issue. Good luck brother.
