    2014 Rocky ridge vibraton / shaking . Gm saying. That I have to pay for the lift kit to be taken off so they can fix the problem . Rocky ridge saying its Chevys problem.     Malfunction straight from the factory . Total mess up . They can't even fix the problem ! And then there are those on here working for Gm trying to deny . Like puppets on a string they all try to say the same thing ! But they are liars and there story slowly breaks down to nothing. Developin a publick webpage about my problem with the truck and poor treat from Gm.

    That's funny about manual! This is a bad joke. Talking Ray at Somerset Service manger has an anawer for everything to the point he forgets what he Is saying! The funny but sad thing is I could put a hitch on a car and have better luck!! Try towing in 2 wd with trailer and heavy stuff! Watch the back tires spin !! Auto is an option only in the snow and rain. Is what they told me! But on question is ???? Why do is the whole truc shake Ray????

    This type of treatment will hurt them in the long run . People are becoming more aware of this problem but more importantly is how they screw you around around.. Not right

    4 appointments service manager forgot what he told me, second one he set up and wasn't even there. 3 hour round trip for nothing thanks Ray Service manager at Somerset Kenny Ross They say not suppose to use auto . Keep in 2 wd then why did you make auto ? Still shakes In 2 wd can't use auto? This is like a bad joke they just don't want to pay back the money I paid out sad day for Chevy

    My truck came from factory lifted and giving me the run around will never buy another truck from Chevy Somerset Kenny Ross in Somerset Pa. Once they got your money its funny how they act . Service manager trying to say it's normal to shake ! So my steerung wheel shaking was a design by Chevy? I can't toe anything because it's like driving in a helicopter ! Less then 10000 miles has frame rust

    2014 Rocky Ridge less than 6000 miles vibration issues when put into auto. Slight vibration in 2d. Can here drive shaft making a humming noise, which vibrates the truck, had a special drive shaft made from Rocky Ridge, didn't fix the problem, it changed the way it sounded and vibration seem worse. Had to drive 3 hours round trip for nothing, will never buy from chevy, not due to the issue they can't fix, but due to how they treat you after you buy from them. Truck obviously has an issue. Lots of people are having them. but if you going to charge a lot for a truck you better provide a truck that handles better then something that came from a junk yard. Then they play games, like i want to waste my time and gas on something, I will not drop this, and might make a web page educating people not to buy. The funny thing is they are still selling this trucks with an unknown fix. They told me just drive in "2 wheel without Auto"( Service Director Ray at Kenny Ross, Somerset), I did so and almost crashed due to zero traction. Filed complaint and they offered 100 dollars free toward maintenance ..... I did not accept, its pointless, the truck is messed up, you can't fix it? take the 100 dollars and use to fixing the truck so I can use it as a truck????
