If I turn the wheel as far as I can it rubs just a bit. Not sure on the mpg but it wasn't very much of a drop.

I wanted to thank everyone for all of the posts. With your help I decided on the RC 2.5 and Cooper AT3 275/65/20. Made a huge difference in the way the truck looks. Sucks to buy a new truck and have to spend money to make it look like a truck. Thanks again for the feedback and a great place to do research.
