Doing some homework and am curious to know if anyone has used the Melling 10296 high volume oil pump on their truck and would you recommend this unit to others???

Westlotorn, with your buddy's truck when he had it warm at idle did his oil pressure gauge go down to the last hash line before 0? Mine has been doing that but when I give it gas it goes back up to 38/39 psi and I'm not sure what's causing it to do this

I just did the oil pressure switch on my '04 tahoe thinking it would correct a low oil pressure alarm, took the truck for a ride and I still have the same issue. I don't know what else it could be but I'm beyond livid with this problem. Any help is greatly appreciated
