    5500k to 6500k is very little difference.

    Just my personal opinion but I would go LED for the low beams and HID for the High Beams (On a Silverado) because the lows are on anytime the truck is in drive. HID has a life span where LEDs do not.

    I'm curious who Morimoto OEM's for and who is re-branded Morimoto. My Wife's Santa Fe Ultimate has some really nice Projector Beam HIDs and my HID kit for my Silverado looks just like Morimoto also.     I just ordered the Putco 360* pure LED #194 part number 230194B-360 for my 14' License Plate lights. They are too long and wont allow you insert the plastic socket all the way in before the bulb hits the lens. Does anyone make some sort of adapter to space the socket back about 1/4" I'll post a picture tomorrow.
