    yep, that's the number I was thinking too. probably save GM $5 to leave out steering controls, which I consider a must have safety feature, these days

    Ok, so I would need the custom programmed, color gauge cluster and a new steering wheel. Will my IOB 7" radio work or would I have to also upgrade that to an IO5 or IO6? Thanks!

    Hi all, just joined the forum. Great info. I recently purchased a 2018 Silverado W/T that has an 7" screen and black and white DIC. I checked the glove box and it's an IOB radio. Question is, do I need to get the color DIC cluster in order to have the steering wheel controls work if I buy a new steering wheel? I figure I do but I'm hoping OP or GTprix will chime in. Thanks
