I've read enough about these valves to want to clamp it in the full open position until I can delete it entirely when I get a cat-back exhaust. But, how in the hell do you clamp off the round ones on the 2018 trucks? Here's what mine looks like, and a simple hose clamp managed to slip off after only two days.
MikeFoxLima replied to Andy Seibel's topic in 2014-2018 Silverado & Sierra ModsI ordered 4 of these with lenses, and two of the lenses fell off before I even got a chance to install them. YMMV.
MikeFoxLima replied to InvisibleBlack's topic in Major League Sports, Outdoor Recreation, Firearms, Hunting, OHRVAt entry level prices, probably a WASR. If you get bit by the AK bug, then you'll want to step up to something better with a milled receiver.
MikeFoxLima replied to RyanbabZ71's topic in Off-TopicSold my "other car" last week. It was a 2008 BMW 328 with a 6 speed manual. I miss it, but at almost 110K miles on it (and all the things that go bad after 100K miles) it was time to let it go. I don't think I'll get another "other car" and will commit more time to riding the motorcycles this year.
Howdy, Two weeks ago, I bought my first ever GM truck... a 2018 GMC Sierra SLT Z71 that was a dealer program vehicle with only 4800 miles. So far, I love it, and this forum is amazing with all the user and info. Michael
My first ever GM truck. I bought it with 4800 miles on it... It was a dealer program vehicle. I left the dealer, picked up my buddy, and we went straight up into the mountains to test all the 4WD features, and I couldn't be happier considering its bone stock right now. 2018 GMC Sierra SLT Z71
