    Sorry I sent this twice. Noticed I did not check the "notify me of replies" button. Hi. New member here. I am confused as to why I cannot just unplug the DL3 mirrors and plug in the DQS mirrors on my 2018 GMC Sierra 1500 CC SB SLT Prem + without removing and/or changing the wiring harnesses. Both would have the same features so why not make the mirrors plug work in the existing truck plug so harnesses do not need to be messed with??? Seems like it should be a no brainer.
