Bbledsoe

Hello, Sorry if there is already a topic on this, tried searching and couldn't find anything but I'm sure there is something. But I have a 2014 Chevy silverado 1500, my windshield wipers only work on high (stop and wont reset position when not in high).I have already replaced the multi - function switch as well as the wiper motor. I have talked with mechanics and done research and am thinking it is either a faulty ground somewhere (because toggling the multi switch sometimes affects the headlights) or corrosion in the fuse block (found a youtube video where they said this fixed a similar problem). Was wondering if anyone else had the same problem and what you did to fix it. I appreciate any help.
