Yeah, I have been in contact with SCP, they have the one that I want in my interior color. Before committing, I'm asking for input as to how difficult a self install is with these vs. going to my dealer. As you mentioned, they are pricey, so I'm wanting to suppress the additional outlay. If anyone has done an install and can provide a link to the installation process, that will also help in my decision. My reasoning to buy these is for the grand kids; electronic media seems to keep them entertained.

I have a 2019 GMC Sierra Denali and was wondering if anyone has purchased the video headrest infotainment and self installed. I have been contemplating on buying this for my truck, but am wondering the difficulty of the installation. Any insight will be appreciated.

Sharkeysierra, Thanks again for the tutorial. I have printed everything off and will be ready when the illuminated emblem arrives later this week (the estimate is 7/30). The prep appears to be the hardest, along with taking your time measuring, and getting the entry hole the proper size. I plan on taking my time and will keep your pictures and tutorial as a guide close by. I did get under the truck and located the plug, again, thanks for the pictures. I ordered the red emblem to match the one I installed in the grille. Can't wait to get this done!

Thanks again Sharkeysierra! I will do that, and like you, I would feel better utilizing the taillight wiring. As a precaution, I would like to see a picture if only for verification. No rush, as I will be ordering the emblem this weekend and follow your lead. Chic

Which plug in point by the spare tire? Would it be the one for the license plate lights?
