  1. Watching topic. Bump for some more info.
  2. Problem Solved. I sourced a HMI 2.5 and matching Radio Module and sent them in to WAMS to have them programed and updated to use Apple Car Play, etc. Cost was about $200 with shipping included back to Seattle. I shipped the two components to them end of Sept and roughly three weeks later they arrived. I installed them today and all problems solved. Radio works, CD player works, bluetooth audio and hands free calling work. Best of all I can now use Apple Car Play and have an improved radio. WAMS was great and super excited to be back up and running with some improvements. Well worth it. Thanks again for all the support. Cheers.
  3. Thanks for the reply. I did some digging and still no luck. I did find a 2.5 HMI module and a matching radio module and sent them off to WAMS (White Automotive & Media Services) to have them programmed. They should arrive to them on Wednesday 10/2 and I am hoping all goes well and they can send them back and I can give that a try. Ill update when I hear more. Thanks.
  4. Solved: Scroll Down. Hi everyone, I’ve spent the last two weeks researching and troubleshooting an audio issue with my 2015 GMC Sierra Denali 1500, and I’m hoping someone here can help. Hardware/Software: Screen: 8" Software Version: 23493441 Gracenote: 23432184 HMI: 2.0, 23493430 Radio Module: I04/5/6&UK, PN: 13596607 Audio System: Bose Premium Audio Issue: The audio is completely non-functional across all sources: radio, CD, Pandora, and iPhone (15 Pro) via USB or Bluetooth. My blinkers and door chime work, but when I receive or make calls via Bluetooth, the screen shows my phone is connected, yet there is no audio. The hands-free button on the screen is unresponsive. The screen itself functions normally with no ghosting or other issues. When I press the OnStar button, it dials out, but there’s no connection or sound. I’ve noticed that the OnStar rearview mirror light is off, and I don’t have a subscription, so I’m unsure what’s happening there. If I hold the OnStar button on the mirror, it blinks green twice; however, the OnStar icon on the radio display is greyed out. Additionally, I don’t see any XM radio options since I don't have a subscription. I’ve tested three CDs, but there’s still no sound or functionality on the screen, and an SD card filled with songs yielded no results—no options to shuffle, sort, or select a song. When I push the Media button, it is unresponsive. What I’ve Tried: Pulled the negative battery cable and let it sit overnight—no change. Checked and pulled every fuse from both sides of the cab (driver and passenger). Removed the entire radio unit, including the radio module and HMI 2.0 from the glovebox. Adjusted various settings without success. At this point, I’m at a loss—there is literally no sound coming from the radio at all. Any advice or suggestions would be greatly appreciated! Thank you!
