  1. Banks is a must unless you’re going to delete. I’m working on it myself. I hope by the end of summer it’s done
  2. I would hope there’s nothing to worry much about as long as it had regular maintenance! My 2019 just hit 40k and other than a couple recalls it’s been fine, even better than fine! It’s the best truck I’ve owned! The L5p is a great motor!! I’ve added all the Banks stuff to wake it up a little and I’m very happy with it! It pulls my 16k trailer like it’s hardly there and it’s the smoothest riding truck I’ve been in even with the small lift and 35” tires. I had a guy try and race me the other day in an older but tuned Dmax. I was only on level 3 on the Banks derringer and not ready. He got a boosted launch, I went past him at about 40 feet and was 3 truck lengths ahead by 200 ft, so it’s a fast truck! Good luck and like always, do your research on whatever you’re buying!!
  3. Check your DEF tank or cab mounts. I had a similar thing with my Ram and it was the cab mount wasn’t tight. My 2019 Duramax has 35k miles on it now and no issues. Knock wood!!
  4. I’ve been told every10k miles, but I never do it.
  5. I just did my 2019 Duramax LTZ z71 4x4 with the RC 3.5 lift / level. The z71 didn’t come with ARC, but I’m still chiming in here. I fit 295/70/18 Cooper STT pro tires with plenty of room to spare. With a 1/2” spacer I could fit a 305/60/18 no problem. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  6. My driver side housing was fogging from day 1 on my 2019 LTZ Duramax. I got the dealer to get me another unit, but the paint match wasn’t the best. I think the seals are weak on the lenses and maybe my messing with it you broke the seal. I had a buddy that had a similar issue on his car and he put a couple of the packets that come in packaging to keep electronics dry in his head light. Not sure how it worked.
  7. Yes, I started a thread “door locks going crazy”. It’s only happened twice with me. 1st time it stopped doing it after 20 min. The 2nd time it did it for 20+ hours. The only way I could get it to stop clicking was to lock with the fob or hold the lock button while driving. Took it to the dealer and they had no idea. Was it raining when yours started doing it? 8. Is it during regen? That’s what happens when in regen. Idles high and you get odd things going on with tranny when stopping Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  9. Oh, well I guess I’m not paying enough attention when signing my paperwork. Thanks for the info! That makes me feel a little better.
  10. Wow!! I bought my L5P in March or April of this year and my warranty is up in another 10k miles. 3 year 36k miles is all they give now. I hope that’s not a sign that they don’t expect them to last long.
  11. lol! I know! I feel the same way about most dealers. I don’t have to bring them for a ride, it will do it parked running or shut off. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  12. It will do it in park, drive shut off and running. The only way to get it to stop is with the truck off and hitting the lock on the fob. I’ll go out and try the opening doors, but I don’t think that’s it. I’m very grateful for your input!! I’ll keep up and let you guys know what I find. I will say, both times it happened it was raining. That might have something to do with it. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk
  13. My 2019 ltz Duramax is having a meltdown. The door locks are going crazy. Driving down the road and it’s click, click, click, etc... non stop. The only way to stop it is when the truck is off and I hit lock on the fob or hold the lock button in the lock position while driving. Dealership wasn’t much help. Anyone have anything like this happen? It’s the 2nd time for me. 1st time lasted 10 min about 3 months ago. This time it’s been hours
