I got the oil changes covered by the stealership for the next 5 years so hopefully they won't give me issues because of the clearance. It's be pointless to have to take it off everytime. Yep I noticed the same thing. These aren't pressurized lines so I don't anticipate any issues with them over stock. OEM always makes things tougher than they need to be lol. So long as gases and oil can flow through them unrestricted then all is good.
