Here’s the plug out of cyl 4. How’s it look? Could it be my problem?

2014 GMC Sierra 1500 5.3 226000kms When accelerating from an intersection today, I got a flashing CEL and 'Cylinder 4 Misfire' code. Only lasted for 10sec or so and went away. Truck runs as per normal. Do I have a pending problem here or just a fluke?

Just had a factory new tranny put in my Sierra. The torque converter is fairly noisy.....is this normal? Thought it would quiet up with the new tranny, but seems to be about the same. Maybe that's just the way these truck are?

When warmed up at a stop light, my truck is a little uneven at idle. Does this mean that it is in V4 mode, or something else?
