Forgot to mention the new plug, wire, and coil

I have a 14 Chevy with the l86 6.2 and it has a cylinder 5 misfire code. The only time I can feel it miss is when it’s in gear and no throttle. Once you give it gas it seems to go away. Has check engine light but doesn’t flash. Any ideas?

I’ve wanted to do this mirror swap for a bit but I have no idea how they would bolt up let alone plug and work. Was wandering if there’s aftermarket 07-13 non tow mirrors that plug and play into 03-07
