Thanks for the reply. just what I wanted to hear. I may have to trim some of the plastic that is formed down into the stake pocket so the metal mount doesn't try and lift of the plastic bed rail cover. Did you have to do this or did the mounts supplied work without doing this?

Hi all I need some expertise. I purchased a 2020 Silverado RST and I need to install a bed/canoe rack. I had one for my previous truck and this one will not work. I have hard tri fold tonneau cover on the RST with its own integral frame and the old one will not fit without removing the cover. I was looking at the ADA-RACK system where the two rails mount into the stake pockets and if I get the straight uprights I can still use the tonneau cover. Does anyone have any experience with these racks and are there any mods needed to make it work?? Many thanks in advance Cheers
