    I just came across this thread while googling the same issue. I have a Brand new 2020 Silverado when the screen goes blank from time to time. I just got my first oil change and update and now the auto stop no longer works at red lights. Not a huge deal but interesting.

    I just had my first oil change in my 2020 Silverado a week ago and now have the same issue. Pretty weird.
